Shipping policy

We will ship products within 2 days of order placed,  Product ordered on Weekend not guaranteed to go out before Tuesday. If Curbside option is chosen please read the curbside details you will given a 2 hour window during normal business hours on time ready for pickup. We reserve the right to take 24 hours to get the order ready if placed on normal business days Tuesday thru Saturday. If curbside order is placed on Sunday thru Monday the order will not be available for pickup until after 12pm on Tuesday. Please do not show up or call until you receive a text or email from us stating time order will be available for curbside pickup.

If we can not verify your shipping address through the system we will contact your before shipping your order, which could delay order.

Your order will ship in an envelope marked fragile or a sturdy shipping box. You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and you will be provided a tracking number.

If your package doesn't arrive please contact us and we will verify the order was sent out by the delivery system. If so we have done everything we can on our part and will direct you to contact the delivery service we have used to ship your package. We will provide an website address in an email with any information we have to help with your process to deal directly with the carrier service.

If packages come damaged please contact carrier to file a claim with them directly. We will support and help you with any information needed to file this claim with them.
